I had a friend in there and I got to visit her. The Staff were very nice. However, I now have another friend currently in there & when she came to the phone, I could barely hear her and she I. We've tried couple of more times but we can't hear each other. Very frustrating. You want to let your loved one know you're thinking about them but you can't.
